Dominykas Vakrinas lives and creates in his native Marijampole – a relatively small town in south-west Lithuania. Many tried to lure him into moving to the capital, but he insists on staying where he was born and attracting clientele from all over the country. Similarly to the Renaissance Men, Dominykas has many talents – he makes jewelry, small objects of art, sculpture and... restores violins. His favorite part of the job is to transform the mix of abstract anticipations into a jewel that is made to last and make a personal statement above ever changing fashion.
